Scope Input:

1. Six machines to drill, mill and cut.
2. Four different parts: RH/LH Chevrolet or Cadillac.
3. Use existing drill motors provided.
4. Parts to be vertically loaded.
5. Customer requirement was 15 minutes or less.

Result Output:

1. The motors provided did not function - DN to correct.
2. Automatic changeover occurs in 3 seconds.
3. Coolant provided was not a flood but a mist.
4. Stack light on each machine will indicate one color for the body style being run.
5. Non-contact management of the cut off piece required so it did not land on the operator.
